Hello residents of 1010!
Welcome to the new 1010 South Flores Resident Portal! Lindsay and I were brainstorming ways to make the new website for the apartment complex more engaging for the residents, and we came up with the idea to implement this portal!
On the resident portal, you’ll find a link to the AppFolio portal where you may file routine maintenance requests and pay your rent.
You’ll also find a 1010 Resident news section, where you’ll find interesting news regarding the community from Lindsay and Mike!
We also are trying something new and exciting: 1010 Resident Classifieds! Instead of going to Craigslist, OfferUp or Facebook Marketplace, you can post items for sale directly from the resident portal (and shop for items your neighbors have listed, too!) You may also post job listings and event advertisements. You must create a classifieds account to do this, so be sure to sign up by clicking the “Register” button under the classifieds section.
You’ll also find deals from the retail tenants at 1010 South Flores at the very bottom!
