How much is the application fee?

There is a $200 administrative fee and a $50 application fee.

How much do I have to make to live at 1010 South Flores?

The combined income of all residents on your lease must be at least 3 times the rent amount. Please consider that we also take your renter’s history into account as well:  broken leases, evictions, lack of renter’s credit, etc.

What do I do if I am having a maintenance emergency?

If you are having a police, fire or medical emergency, please immediately call 911.

If you are having a maintenance emergency, please call the Prosper Urban offices at (512) 992-0888. If it is after-hours, please follow the prompts and press 3 to reach the operator to report the maintenance emergency. 

The following are examples of maintenance emergencies:

  • life threatening conditions
  • broken door or lock
  • broken door
  • broken window
  • electrical problem
  • elevator stuck
  • fire
  • flooding
  • gas leak smell
  • ice on walkways
  • lock-outs
  • broken air conditioner
  • no heat
  • no running water
  • water leak
  • no working toilet
  • water won’t shut off
  • police on-property

Please file a routine maintenance request for anything that does not constitute as a maintenance emergency.

Are pets allowed?

We love your well-behaved pet! If you’re a dog parent, you and your furry family member will enjoy the on-site dog park. Convenient and on-property, it’s perfect for exercise at home or a quick playtime in the evening. No age, size, or breed restrictions. There is a limit of two pets per household and a one-time nonrefundable fee of $400 per pet. Pet rent is $20/month, per pet. 

How do I pay my rent?

We recommend paying your rent on your phone with the AppFolio Portal app or on the AppFolio Portal website by clicking here. With AppFolio, you may pay with a debit or credit card or directly with your bank account. If you’d like to pay with a check or money order, you may do so but you must mail the check or money order certified mail to Prosper Urban Inc., 123 Road Ave, Austin, TX. We do not accept rent payments on-site at the management office and we do not accept cash payments.

Is there covered parking available?

Yes, we offer reserved covered parking on a first come, first served basis.

Is regular parking free?

Yes, all parking is free.

Do all of the units have balconies or patios?

Yes, all of our units feature oversized patios or balconies.

Which units have washers and dryers?

All of our units feature in-unit washers & dryers! We know laundry is probably not your favorite pastime, but with a washer and dryer in every unit, you can easily pop in a load before or after work, without having to plan a trip to the laundromat. Your laundry, your schedule!

How long ago was the complex built?

1010 South Flores was constructed in 2013, so we just had our 10th birthday! Designed by renowned local architect Ken Bentley, 1010 South Flores features modern interiors with wood flooring, subway tile, sleek fixtures, custom lighting and high ceilings. 

Can I Rent A Storage Unit?

We understand that space can be at a premium with all of your possessions. This is why each apartment has been professionally designed with space-saving features. Precious floor space remains free, while sturdy built-ins hold books, collectibles, and more. Do you have a large item or two, or simply need more space? You’re covered with optional onsite storage units for seasonal items and overflow belongings. Just ask!

What are the options for the length of my lease?

We typically offer 12 month leases, but if needed, we can accommodate you with 6 month lease for a small fee.

When is rent due?

Rent is due on the 1st of every month, and late fees are assessed on the 4th of the month. We recommend signing up for autopay on the AppFolio Portal so that you never forget to pay and never have late fees!
